Non-Refundable Deposit Policy

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your pickup and secure your space in storage.

• This deposit is applied toward your total bill but is non-refundable under any circumstances, including cancellations or no-shows.

• Reservations are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Appliance & Refrigerator Policy

•  Refrigerators must be unplugged and emptied 48 hours before pickup.

•  A $50 fee applies to unclean fridges. Heavily soiled appliances may be refused.

Pickup & Delivery

• Students must be present for scheduled pickups and deliveries or notify in advance.

• A $100 redelivery fee applies if items are not accepted at the scheduled delivery time.

•  Items not scheduled for redelivery within 14 days of missed delivery are forfeited to StoreMyDorm.

• Some Forfeited items may be subject to disposal fees.

• A quick rule of thumb is that if you cannot pick it up—it is too heavy.
